awful welcome extra charge
The restaurant food was acceptable. There was plenty of selection.
The welcome was awful. I confirmed my airport pickup beforehand, but no one showed up. When I got to the hotel. There wasn't an apology, only a question about if I paid. an unexpected extra charge on the travel card which wasn't mentioned when I booked.
